Roseville Road Campus
Roseville Road is a pallet home and travel trailer shelter operated by First Step Communities in partnership with the City of Sacramento.
Participants will work with a case manager throughout the week, fostering a personalized approach. Our case managers assess individual needs, create housing plans, and facilitate essential service connections. Playing a vital role in the stabilization phase, case managers actively collaborate with clients, setting achievable goals for a successful transition out of homelessness.
Many of the individuals we assist are dealing with mental health symptoms rooted in trauma. Understanding the urgency, we are committed to delivering prompt, crisis-oriented services within shelters. Through our partnership with Life Practice Counseling Group, on-site therapy will be available. Sacramento County HEART will conduct weekly mental health assessments, ensuring individuals are connected to mental health services that address their specific needs.
Wellness without Walls, a mobile health clinic operated by Sacramento County Public Health, will bring critical clinical services to clients through regular visits. In harmony with Wellness without Walls' mission, our partnership aims to enhance access to healthcare and provide valuable education to an underserved population
At the Roseville Road Campus, clients have daily access to vital amenities, including meals, showers, and restrooms. Our dedicated staff is available around the clock to offer continuous support. Additionally, clients benefit from amenities such as an indoor dining area, a clothing closet, and participation in weekly groups, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive environment.

at this time.
